Hybrid of September Sun x H. plantaginea from Bob Solberg, 2012. Nice tall plant, semi- upright and fast growing with the best characteristics of both parents.The leaves are honey coloured and pucker with age, fragrant flowers come in late summer. Leaves are golden yellow, 10 inches long by 8 inches wide, 10-11 vein pairs, slightly rippled, slightly shiny on top, slightly glaucous bloom underneath, slightly wavy and moderately corrugated. Flowers are white, tubular, flowering in mid-July to mid-August. Likes extra sun.
