A Van Wade introduction of Puckered Giant X Woodland Blue. Ranks as one of the best for intense corrugation (at maturity) and dark green foliage color. Great slug resistance. Foliage starts as blue-green and become dark green later in the season. Leaves 14"long by 11"wide, broadly ovate in shape, cupped downward, somewhat unruly, thick substanced and covered with a thin underside bloom. Very pale lavender flowers on 32"scapes from late June into July, producing many seed pods. Medium to slow growth rate.
